Federica Bocci
Federica Bocci is Senior Associate in the Litigation department and works in the Milan office.

She represents and defends Italian and foreign companies, based both in Italy and abroad, in ordinary and arbitration proceedings (both administered and ad hoc), regulated by different arbitration institutions and foreign laws.

Ms. Bocci has extensive experience in international litigation predominantly involving issues relating to property law and international trade (procurement contracts and EPC - in the energy and construction sector - joint production contracts for oil and gas reserves, supply and price reviews). She graduated in law from the Università degli Studi di Milano and is a member of the Bar Association of Milan.

She qualified as a professional mediator from the Italian Delegation of the Mediation Centre of Europe, of the Mediterranean and of the Middle East and is included on the ministerial register of mediators.

She is a member of the following associations: ICDR-Young & International, ICC YAF, Arbitral Women, Arb-It.
