David Marino
David Marino is a Partner in the Litigation & Regulatory department. He is responsible for the insurance law and financial litigation sub-department and works in the Milan office.

He handles company, financial and commercial litigation, specializing in (re)insurance law, both in and out-of-court. He provides advice to Italian and foreign insurance companies and brokers, drafting and auditing policy texts as well as regulatory and compliance issues, including relations with supervisory authorities. He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars.

He graduated in law from the Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University (Milan). He is a member of the Bar Association of Milan and is a barrister at the Italian Supreme Court.

He is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. He is mentioned in The International Who’s Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2013.
